What you need to know

  • Standard Mainland UK Delivery is a flat £25
  • Select your delivery date at checkout
  • EASY RETURNS – 14-day, no quibble, money-back guarantee on all products, including your delivery charges.   Return your good to us yourself, or call to use our day of choice pick-up service which is a flat cost of £25, which we deduct from your refund.

Two Man White Glove Delivery

  • Our two man team will delivery your products to your room of choice, unpack and remove any packaging, and attach legs if they are removed to protect them in transit.  All you have to do is sit back and relax!
  • Receive a text message the evening before, notifying you of an AM or PM time slot
  • Receive a call around an hour before the driver arrives
  • Your order delivered into your room of choice, providing there is suitable access
  • A signature is required
  • Delivery is up to the second floor only. Please call us if you have any different requirements and we will be able to accommodate.

FAQs

Will my furniture fit?

  • Please double check access into your room of choice
  • Common problems include narrow door frames, awkward staircases, passenger lifts and any right angle turns once inside the property
  • The minimum door width we require is 81cm for our sofas and chairs. 
  • 3 seater sofas and corner sofas are especially prone to these restrictions so particular care should be taken when ordering these
  • Please also check there is suitable access for the delivery vehicle. The rule of thumb is if a standard sized dust bin lorry can get to your property then so can we

What if my order arrives damaged?

  • If you notice any product or packaging damage, please record this on the drivers’ terminal
  • Where possible, please call us whilst the driver is still there
  • We will fix or replace any damaged item, or you can return the item for a full refund

What if I am out?

  • As you will have been aware of your delivery date, there will be a £25 charge if you are out

Can I change or cancel my delivery date?

  • Yes, please notify us within 2 working days before delivery as orders are collected by our carriers in advance. Note that you have a right to cancel your order and return the product up to 14 days after delivery.
