Delivery

Q. Do you have a showroom?
No, we don’t have a showroom.  All of our Sofa’s are handmade  to order at our factory in the Worcestershire Countryside just outside Kidderminster.  We offer a no quibble EASY RETURN so you can try your sofa for 14 days and return it if you are not completely happy with it.  We refund the full price you paid including delivery, you can either return the sofa to us yourself, or call to use our day-of-choice return service for a flat £25.

Q. Where do you deliver?

We deliver anywhere in mainland UK and Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

Q. How much do you charge for delivery?

Standard delivery is £25 per order, to Mainland UK, Scotland delivery is £35 and Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man is £75. 

Q. How long will I have to wait for delivery?
Some items are made and despatched in 5-10 days.  Some items take up to 4 weeks to make.  Delivery times are shown for each product on the product page.

Note: Your order will only be dispatched when every item is available. This means that the expected delivery date will be that of the item with the longest lead time.

Q. What days do you deliver?

Monday to Saturday between 7am and 7pm, excluding bank holidays.

Q. Can I request a specific delivery date and time?

It’s not possible to request a specific date or time for your delivery. For example, only being able to accept delivery on Fridays or after 4pm may not be possible. If you have concerns about your delivery time, call us.

Q. Will I need to stay at home all day to take delivery?

With our two man delivery you will receive an AM/PM time slot the evening before and our drivers will call you 30 minutes before they arrive.

Q. What if I'm out when the drivers arrive?

You will need to call us to re-arrange delivery. However, as you were aware of your delivery date, there will be a £30 charge payable.

Q. What happens if the item/s I have ordered do not fit?
All of our items carry clear sizing information in their product listings and we strongly advise checking all measurements and access before ordering.

Q. I live on a narrow street and parking can be a problem, will you still be able to deliver?

Our carriers use large vehicles for delivery, so please inform us of all street or parking restrictions when placing your order, so that we can try and plan your delivery accordingly. As a rule of thumb, if your bin men can get a standard sized dustbin lorry to your door, we can deliver your furniture.

Q. Can I collect my furniture?

No. We deliver all of our furniture using a 2 man white glove service.

Q. Will you assemble my furniture?

Our 2-man delivery team will unpack your furniture and attach any feet, so you will not need to assemble your furniture.  Just sit back and relax,

Q. Can you dispose of my old furniture?

No, however you can use the following link to find your local recycling centre or charity collection.

Orders & Returns

Q. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as you provide us with 2 working days’ notice, as our carriers collect in advance.

Q. Can I return an item if I’m not happy?

Yes. You can return an item for free as long as you let us know within 14 days of receipt and it is in "as-new' condition. Where possible, please return items in their original packaging. See our returns page for more details.

Q. If I return an item will I get a full refund?

Yes, you will get a full refund of the price paid for the product, and we will also refund your standard delivery charges. 

You can return the product to us direct, or use our day-of-choice return service for a flat £25 cost.

Payment

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo, and PayPal. We do not currently offer finance, b ut you can use PayPal credit if you have this set up on your PayPal Account, and you can also pay by cheque or BACS – just call us to reserve the products while we wait for your payment to clear.

Q. Can I order over the phone?

Yes, of course. Simply call us on 01299 251 488.

Q. Is it safe to order over the internet?

Yes. All sensitive information is encrypted.

Products & materials

Q. Do your products come with any guarantees?

Yes, all our products come with a 1 year manufacturers' guarantee, which covers any manufacturing faults. 

Where practical, and to avoid disruption, we will send an mobile upholstery repair to make small repairs, in most cases, customers are happy with the standard of repairs that can be achieved, however if you are unhappy with a repair, you can still request a free collection, and a full refund or replacement item.

Our guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse of your sofa or chair.  

Q. What is bonded leather?

Bonded leather is leather that has been bonded to a man-made surface coating. This means you get a soft, durable, and even-coloured finish while keeping the costs down.

Q. What is leather match, Leather/faux leather?

Leather match upholstery features genuine leather on the seat, back and arm cushions, with a matching faux leather fabric on the outer. It's a clever blend that allows us to offer you the sofa at a truly low price!
